PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAMS
A. WEIGHT LOSS/BODY BUILDING/FITNESS CONDITIONING
Ico has an individualized program depending on the needs of the clients. Upon enrollment to the program, a physical assessment is conducted and recorded. Goals are then made to give direction to each client. With an individualized assessment, an individualized program is then made and discussed with the client together with a short one-on-one discussion on the aspects of fitness, the importance of fitness and exercises and the nutritional requirements.
Results are guaranteed as long as the client adheres to the prescribed program.
Ico offers the following training programs:

B. SPORTS RELATED SKILL TRAINING
Skill training necessary for specific sports rely on the assessment of both kinesiology and kinematics of movement. After the initial assessment, a specific program will be given to the client.
Since clients are enrolled to attend the group classes on specified schedules, personal consultations on personal assessments, short discussions on the specifics of exercises and proper nutrition programming can be made by appointment.
The group exercise programs vary depending on the requests of clients. However, the following are the mainstays of the program:
- Yoga/ Mind Body Exercises
- Body Weight Exercises/ Body Pump
- Abdominal Exercises/Mat Exercises
- Taebo, Kickboxing and Combat Training
PHYSICAL THERAPY/OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
With referrals from a physiatrist or any rehabilitation doctor, a client is
enrolled into the program as required by the physician in-charge.
Goals are set depending on the doctor’s orders.
Ico Rodulfo makes public speaking appearances for corporate functions,
weight loss clinics and groups interested in fitness education.
Ico is highly knowledgeable and can lecture on a wide variety of
fitness related topics. Lectures are customized to appropriately
address specific audiences.
